Now a day, in developed counties the most prominent problem is lack of enough sleep in the existing societies. This is a lot of reasons for lack of enough sleep just like poor social interaction, different infrastructures and industries, drugs and so on. So if you are not getting enough sleep, your health is also has been to expose for different diseases including fatness, diabetes, heart disease and other health problems.

Diabetes

If you have not getting enough sleep, it must be generating and developing a circumstance that could growth to type II diabetes, strokes and heart attacks.

Brain Tissue Loss

If you don’t enough sleep it can be causing to brain tissue loss. This must be related to the loss of memory performance and also emerges unhealthy relationship between us and others.
